Which data are saved?
When you visit academy.jobrouter.com, our server records data about your visit to our website. The information is temporarily saved in a log file. The following information is stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- date and time of access,
- URL called up/used,
- Status message for the call,
- amount of data transferred,
- where applicable, the website through which you have accessed the URL (referrer URL)
- Information on the browser used
We use the data to:
ensure the technically correct functioning of the website, ensure the security and stability of the system as a whole and for further administrative purposes.
The legal basis of our approach is the GDPR, since data processing is "necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the person responsible or a third party" (see Art. 6 Par. 1 f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest arises from the stated purposes of data collection.
When you contact JobRouter AG, you will be asked to provide us with personal data such as your name, company, email address and telephone number. Of course, you are free not to provide this information.
In such case, however, JobRouter AG will not be able to provide you with the desired products, services or information.
SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries that you send to us as the website operator, this site uses a state-of-the-art encryption method (SSL). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in the URL bar of the browser.
Which data is used by the JobRouter Academy?
You can access all training content via our JobRouter Academy https://academy.jobrouter.com. For this purpose we use the solution from Alphabrik GmbH, Gertigstrasse 48, 22303 Hamburg, which provides the WebCampus e-learning system for JobRouter AG. This also includes the elimination of malfunctions and problems. The data is only collected, processed and used for the above-mentioned purpose.
As part of the registration for the e-learning platform, we save your first and last name,as well as your company contact data, for the correct salutation and for possible invoicing for training content that is subject to purchase, which is processed by JobRouter AG for this purpose. In addition, your e-mail address is stored for login access and, if necessary, as a contact option for questions about training content.
In addition, the learning progress of all users is saved in individual training content for the purpose of reporting authorizations for classroom training and contractually required recertification training. Furthermore, your group assignments, roles, authorizations, ratings / assessments and login times are saved. We use this data exclusively for the operation of the JobRouter Academy and do not pass it on to third parties. The data is hosted on servers in our access. Computer name / IP address can be saved for a short time (maximum 7 days) for error analysis.
You can cancel your account in the JobRouter Academy at any time. Either by email to academy@jobrouter.com, or by message, either by post to JobRouter AG, Besselstraße 26, D-68219 Mannheim or by phone at +49 (0) 621/426460.
Deletion of the stored data
Stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to storage, if knowledge of it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored, or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
Information about stored data
Upon request, you will receive free information about all personal data that JobRouter AG has stored about you. Of course, you have the option of correcting any errors, bringing outdated information up to date or having the stored data deleted. In addition, you can revoke your consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data at any time.
Security advice: We endeavor to save your personal data by taking all technical and organizational possibilities so that they are not accessible to third parties. When communicating by e-mail, we cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.
